Why are prices lower than on Airbnb or Booking.com?

It's simple: we don't charge guest service fees. On other platforms, you pay an extra percentage (often between 10% and 15%) that is removed here, allowing you to pay the real price set by the owner.

How can I contact the host?

Unlike major OTAs, we promote direct contact. Every listing includes the host's contact details (phone or email). You can ask questions, get advice, or confirm details even before making a booking.

Are payments secure?

Absolutely. We use Stripe, the world leader in online payments, supporting Credit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Transactions are encrypted and processed securely directly between you and the host.

What happens in case of cancellation?

Each property applies its own Terms & Conditions and cancellation policy, which are clearly stated before booking. Refunds are processed by the host directly through the Stripe system.
