Spacious lake view apartment with garden and free parking, ideal for up to 4 guests. Located in a quiet area about 2 km from the center of Bellagio, with lake and beaches within walking distance in less than 5 minutes.

The accommodation is located on the second floor of Casa Lory, a family-run holiday home (no elevator), and consists of 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), full bathroom with bathtub and shower, and living area with equipped kitchen. Air conditioning or heating in all rooms and linen/towels included.

The house is suitable for families: a cot, high chair and baby bath are available on request, and some interior walls have been transformed into children's boards.

Dogs welcome at no extra cost (to be indicated in the reservation); in Bellagio pets are also allowed on the beaches. The property has a garden reserved for dogs with a small dedicated swimming pool.

Access from Via al Crotto is narrow but passable with any car or van.

I was born and raised in Bellagio, where I live with my son Lorenzo (14 years old). Since 2005 I have been managing the holiday homes built by my parents. I like to constantly improve in my work, listening to guests and their suggestions, but the best ideas come to me while traveling!
