Glicine sul Lago - Breva, holiday apartment, Bellano

The Residence Il Glicine sul Lago is aming location, perfect for those seeking a peaceful stay immersed in the beauty of Lake Como and at the heart of the "Dolce Vita" of the Lecco branch. The proximity to the historic center of Bellano, which can be reached on foot, adds an extra touch of convenience andm. Consisting of two twin studios, Tivàn and Breva, which can be booked separately, each with its own terrace overlooking the lake, it offers a unique and relaxing experience.

The space
Brèva, with its spacious living room and kitchenette, is located to the left of Tivàn when facing the lake. The terrace, overlooking the lake, is certainly a highlight, allowing guests to enjoy the spectacular view at any time of the day. It consists of a large living room with a kitchenette, an independent bathroom, and, of course, a spacious private terrace. Elegantly furnished and equipped with all amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and internet, it is provided with bed linens, towels, shampoo, shower gel, and a welcome kit in the kitchen to immediately enjoy the Lake Como experience. Brèva can be booked together with Tivàn, the other studio, which can be connected by opening the small hallway that separates them.

Guest access
The Breva apartment is fully independent, with all spaces, including the large private terrace with lake view, reserved exclusively for guests. Located in a condominium complex, it’s important for guests to respect the neighbors and follow the condominium rules to ensure a peaceful coexistence. Guests will have complete access to the entire studio and its facilities, including the kitchen, private bathroom, and outdoor areas, to fully enjoy the Lake Como experience.

Other things to note
We also have another apartment located next door—Tivàn—which is very similar to Breva, though slightly larger, and can accommodate 2 additional people. There is a communicating door between the two apartments, which is normally closed but can be opened if both apartments are booked together, creating a connected space ideal for larger groups or families of up to 4 people.

We have a private parking spot, which is shared between two apartments and must be reserved in advance: the first to book gets it! There are also several public parking options within walking
