Glicine sul Lago - Tivan, holiday apartment, Bellano

The Residence Il Glicine sul Lago is an enchanting place, perfect for those looking for a quiet stay immersed in the beauty of Lake Como and in the heart of the "Dolce Vita" of the Lecco area. The proximity to the historic center of Bellano, within walking distance, adds an extra touch of comfort andm. Consisting of two twin studios, Tivàn and Breva, which can be booked separately and each with its own terrace overlooking the lake, it offers a unique and relaxing experience.

Space
Tivàn, with its large living room and kitchenette, is located to the right of Brèva in front of the lake. The terrace, overlooking the lake, is adorned with the beautiful Glicine (wisteria), allowing guests to enjoy the spectacular view at any time of the day. It consists of a large living room with kitchenette, independent bathroom and, of course, a large private terrace. Elegantly furnished and equipped with all comforts, including dishwasher, washing machine and internet, it is equipped with bed linen, towels, shampoo, shower gel, and a welcome kit in the kitchen to immediately enjoy the experience of Lake Como. Tivàn can be booked together with Brèva, the other studio apartment, which can be connected by opening the small corridor that separates them.

Guest access
The Tivàn apartment is completely independent, with all the spaces, including the large private terrace overlooking the lake, reserved exclusively for guests. Located in a condominium complex, it is important for guests to respect neighbors and follow condominium rules to ensure peaceful coexistence. Guests will have full access to the entire studio and its amenities, including kitchen, private bathroom, and outdoor areas, to fully enjoy the Lake Como experience.

Other things to keep in mind
We also have another studio apartment located next door, Breva, which is very similar to Tivàn, although slightly smaller, and can accommodate 2 more people. There is a connecting door between the two apartments, which is normally closed but can be opened if both apartments are booked together, creating a connected space ideal for larger groups or families of up to 4 people.

We have a private parking space, shared between two apartments, which must be booked in advance: the first one who books gets it! There are also several public parking options within walking distance.
