The Space:
The apartment is located on a quiet hill above the lake. It has two private floors: kitchen, living room and bathroom on the lower floor; Two bedrooms in the attic, with exposed beams and natural light. Between the two bedrooms there is a second bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower and bidet. The private terrace offers an open view of the mountains, lake and greenery.

Guest Access:
The entrance is independent. The access staircase is shared only for passage, but the terrace and spaces of the apartment are private. Free parking is located just outside the gate of the house.

Other things to keep in mind:
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Pets are not allowed. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing – ideal for those who appreciate privacy, silence and nature. The apartment is equipped with mosquito nets. Thank you for respecting the house and the atmosphere that surrounds it.
