Cosy in the Park is a small but cosy apartment located on the hills overlooking the city and the lake, where peace and relaxation are guaranteed.
Recently renovated and set within a pleasant park with a swimming pool, open during the summer season.
Equipped with all comforts, it is very bright.

It consists of:
- living room with kitchenette, a sofa bed (for 1 person), and a balcony overlooking the park's greenery;
- a spacious bedroom with a balcony;
- a bathroom with a window, shower, and washing machine.It also offers free private parking.

It is close to the main train and highway connections and to the city center.
It is located within the Spina Verde Regional Park, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the forest by walking trails that lead to breathtaking views.

Towels and bed linen are provided.
A cot and high chair for children up to 3 years old are available for free upon request.

Tourist Tax - not included in the listed rates.
It amounts to €3.00 per day per person up to a maximum of 4 days.
From the 5th day onwards, there is no charge, and it is not applicable for children and teenagers up to 14 years old.
To be paid in cash to the host on site.
