Recently renovated and set within a pleasant park with a swimming pool, open during the summer season.
Equipped with all comforts, it is spacious and very bright.
It consists of:
- a living room with dining area, a sofa bed (for 2 people) and a reading corner, with a balcony overlooking the greenery of the adjacent park;
- a spacious bedroom with balcony;
- a separate kitchen with a snack counter and a balcony overlooking the park and the pool, ideal for enjoying breakfast/lunch/dinner outdoors during the good weather season;
- a bathroom with window, shower, and washing machine.It also offers free private parking.
It is close to main railway and highway connections and the city center.
It is located within the Spina Verde Regional Park, where it is possible to enjoy the tranquility of the forest by following trails that lead to breathtaking views.
Towels and bed sheets provided.
Cradle and high chair for children up to 3 years old are free upon request.
Tourist Tax - not included in the indicated rates, amounts to €3.00 per day per person for up to a maximum of 4 days.
From the 5th day onward, it is not charged and is not applicable for children and teenagers up to 14 years old.
To be paid in cash to the host on site.
