The private terrace offers spectacular views of the mountains and lake — the perfect place to dine al fresco and watch the sunsets that make every stay magical.

Located on the beachfront, the apartment offers all the comfort you need to enjoy a relaxing stay by the lake. Lierna is a perfect base for visiting the nearby Varenna, Bellagio and the other charming villages of Lake Como, easily reachable by boat or car.

The apartment consists of:
- 1 elegant and cozy double bedroom
- 1 bright living room with very comfortable sofa bed
- Kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals with a view
- Furnished terrace, perfect for breakfast or dinner with lake view
- A cot/cot for children up to 5 years old is available on request.

Upon arrival we will personally welcome you for the opening of the gate and the garage. The apartment is located on the first floor with elevator, ideal for those arriving with luggage.
From the property you can easily walk to the beach located just below the house.

Upon your arrival there is a payment of the tourist tax of € 1.00 per person per night (children under 14 years old), as required by the Municipality of Lierna.
