The location is its strong point. The apartment is located 7/8 minutes walk from the station, so convenient for those without a car. The lido and beaches can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. In the immediate vicinity there are bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors and grocery stores. Under the house there is also the pier, where you can take the boat to visit Lake Como.

Nearby there are some free parking lots and some for a fee. In the train station (5 minutes walk) you can park for free.
