I bought this property because at first glance I was enveloped in a state of peace, which I immediately tried to transfer to the guests. I designed the place aware of the seventeenth-century structural and architectural maintenance as it looked, thus giving it beauty and environment, modifying it only in the services. These works served to connect the restaurant to the guests in a single harmony of senses, stimulated not only by beauty, but also by natural materials and architecture that could stop time and space around. This is where the name of the Holiday Home comes from: "PEACE THROUGH THE EYES"; and while everything happens by natural instinct, a smile of accomplishment appears on the faces of the Guests. You don't enter the house but, you penetrate a world made of warmth, peace, quiet and love as well as beauty, which is linked to positive stimuli, leaving us suspended to the stop of time.
Born in Milan in 1961, I have lived in this paradise for over thirty years, while continuing to work in Milan for Facile .it, dealing with Finance. I live alone but surrounded by guests, to be able to live their experiences when possible, thus transforming the Holiday Home into a SQUARE OF RELATIONSHIPS
PERLEDO is a very ancient village overlooking LAKE COMO a few steps from BELLAGIO, MENAGGIO, COMO, LECCO and VALTELLINA. The Holiday House is located in VIA DELL'ARCO BUIO, 2 in the hamlet of Gittana in VALMASNA (in dialect "Valle Macina") because in this valley there were many mills that were used for agriculture. Perledo is located 1 hour and 05 minutes from MILAN using the train (MILANO TIRANO line). The free beach is 10 minutes away on foot.
