A place of the mind! It is an old fisherman's house in Fiumelatte, Varenna. The house is located right on the lake. From the windows you can admire Bellagio and Varenna with incredible sunsets. Two apartments for an unforgettable holiday on Lake Como!
Space:
The apartment (n.1- 4 beds) of about 50 square meters, is located on the first floor and consists of a spacious double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, an open space kitchen with appliances, a bathroom with shower and a balcony that extends along the entire façade of the apartment towards the lake. All rooms in the apartment overlook the lake, so every window/French door offers stunning views!
Access for guests to the beach.
Other things to keep in mind:
- In summer we rent from Saturday to Saturday, per week.
- The rest of the year we accept a minimum of 3 nights.
- You can always tell us your requirements and we will do our best to accommodate you!

Hello! I'm Savina, architect and host for over ten years on the wonderful Lake Como. I live in Fiumelatte, a small village a few steps from Varenna, and I know every corner of this fascinating area.
