A place of the mind! It is an old fisherman's house in Fiumelatte, Varenna. The house is located right on the lake. From the windows you can admire Bellagio and Varenna with incredible sunsets. An apartment for an unforgettable holiday on Lake Como!
This elegant apartment, of 65 square meters, is located on the first floor and consists of: a double bedroom with lake view, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a living room with lake view kitchen with appliances, a bathroom with shower and a small balcony that extends along the façade of the apartment towards the lake.
A small beach is accessible a few steps from the house. The centre of Varenna can be reached with a pleasant walk of about 15 minutes, while the Fiumelatte railway station, served by local trains, is just a few minutes away.
Other things to keep in mind:
- In summer we rent from Saturday to Saturday, per week.
- The rest of the year we accept a minimum of 3 nights.
- You can always tell us your requirements and we will do our best to accommodate you!
