It is located on the first floor and consists of: a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a living room with open kitchen with appliances, a bathroom with shower, a balcony of about 5.5 square meters, which extends along the façade of the apartment towards the lake.

- In summer we rent from Saturday to Saturday, per week.
- The rest of the year we accept a minimum of 3 nights.
