Elegant and recently renovated apartment in the frazione of Fiumelatte, a few minutes from the center of Varenna, directly in a building next to the beach.
The accommodation offers a cozy double bedroom, a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. A small beach is accessible a few steps from the house. The centre of Varenna can be reached with a pleasant walk of about 15 minutes, while the Fiumelatte railway station, served by local trains, is just a few minutes away.
For fairness and transparency, we would like to point out that the apartment overlooks the main road, which at times can be busy and noisy. To ensure maximum comfort, new triple-glazed windows and doors were installed. For most guests, this was not a problem, but we prefer to inform you clearly and honestly from the start.
However, we emphasize that the value for money is definitely advantageous for those who want to visit a starting point to visit Varenna and the lake.
